Who knew...

that it would be 89 degrees on Sept. 28th! Drew had already packed up the water slide for the summer, but we decided to break it out one more time!

Hayden's Spelling Test

We are so proud of Hayden. Last week on his first spelling test he missed 1, but got the extra credit so he got 90%. This week...

Tulsa State Fair

Friday Drew took off work. We all went and picked up Hayden from school and went to the fair. It was a lot of fun. We ate WAY too much(can we say fried green beans) and could NOT believe how much money we spent on food and a few rides - WOW. But the kids had a great time!

Rascal Flatts!

We got to go see Rascal Flatts in concert last week at the new BOK center. Taylor Swift opened(wasn't that exciting - didn't know who she was really - and drew kept saying he could be her father), then Rascal Flatts played! They aren't the best perfomers, but their voices are amazing!

Great Grandparents

Papa and Grandma Betty came to visit and see the kids and watch Hayden's soccer game.

We also got to celebrate papa's 87th birthday (Sept.11)!

Hadley's favorite part, dessert!

Now that Hayden is getting older he gets to stay up a little later and hang with the older folks and play games. We played Uno and Mexican Train. He got very comfortable playing, as you can see!

Since it was his 1st time to play mexican train, he sat with papa and learned the ropes!

We have a new cousin!

Brooks Edwin arrived on Sept. 11 and was born at 3:12pm. He weighed 6 lbs 5 oz and was 19 inches long. We can't wait to meet him!

We are so lucky aunt kylie only lives 1/2 mile away so we can get lots of Cal time! We want him to visit any chance he gets!

I was doing my weight workout one afternoon and next thing I knew I was teaching an exercise class...

The day I've been waiting for....

since I found out i was having a daughter. Hadley's 1st day of ballet/tap! An amazing new studio just opened, and she was lucky enough to get to take a class with her sweet friend Lucy. They go every Monday and it is her favorite part of the week! The funny thing is that Lucy's mommy and I used to take dance together when we were little!

Labor Day

I've had a virus on my pc the last few weeks, so now that it's fixed it's time to catch up! On Labor Day we went to our friends and had a cook out and swam. It was a great time! We even had homemade ice cream.
